Orders Cannot be Cancelled or Changed After Placement

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled.  If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy as noted below.  If a return is due to an error on our part, return labels will be issued at our expense.  If the return is not due to an error on the part of MyOfficeInnovations, the customer will be charged for the cost to return the item and the customer may also be charged a restocking fee.  Unsuccessful requests to cancel an order will not be considered an error on our part.

What May I Return?

You may return your purchase to MyOfficeInnovations within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment for credit as long as the item(s) are in their original packaging.  If you are returning a product due to your error, you will be charged the cost of the Prepaid Return Label to ship the product back to MyOfficeInnovations plus a restocking fee of 20-50%.

Understanding Our Return Policy – Take the Following Steps:

1.    Follow Amazon’s return process in requesting the return/RMA.
2.    You will be given the opportunity and you MUST select a Reason Code for the return.
3.    If the return is our fault, you will generally receive a Prepaid Shipping Label that allows you to send the product back with the shipping cost back prepaid at our cost.
4.    If the return is your fault, you may receive a Prepaid Shipping Label that allows you to send the product back but you will be credited less than the original amount of the order.  You will be charged for the Prepaid Shipping Label back to MyOfficeInnovations based on the Shipping Cost chart below.  If the return is your fault, you will also be charged a restocking fee ranging from 20-50% of the value of the product* (see Restocking Fee section below). 

Again, for clarity, if the return is your fault, you will be charged the cost of the freight back (per the chart below) plus a restocking fee.

In certain product cases when the return is your fault, you will receive a shipping label but it will not be prepaid and you will have to take to a local shipping point and pay the freight back. Wrong color and/or wrong size are both examples of “your fault” returns.

We will generally issue your credit within 72 hours of the item arriving back into our return building minus any shipping costs and restocking fees in those cases where the return is your fault.

Important Note – Items Must be in Original Condition and Packaging

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional restocking charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back as in the case of dated items, personal care items, and food items. The FDA restricts and prohibits the return of food, drug, and personal care products.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

MyOfficeInnovations must be notified of damaged product within 10 calendar days. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write “Package Damaged” when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. The damaged item will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

What If My Order Arrives and I am Shorted an Item?

∙ Please notify us within 5 business days from the carrier’s proof-of-delivery date for the item shorted. 
∙ If notified within 5 business days, we will send out the shorted item at no charge.

Restocking Fees

If you are returning a product due to your accidental order, you found a better price available, or you no longer need or want the product, we will charge you a restocking fee of 20%-50% plus the cost of the Prepaid Shipping Label (see Shipping Cost chart earlier in this policy for charges) to send the product back to us.  These charges will be deducted from your credit.

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.

Note: You are not required to accept returns beyond the return window, but if you do, you may charge a restocking fee following the guidelines outlined in the table below.

How Do I Return My Order?

Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not work? Whatever the reason, you won’t be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best and most flexible return policies in the office products industry. You may return your purchase to MyOfficeInnovations within 30 days of your receipt of the product for credit as long as the item(s) is in the original packaging.

Using our Standard Return Policy

Please open a Return inside of eBay’s Return Center and follow the instructions. Once you open the Return, our Customer Service will reply appropriately based on a case-by-case basis. We will provide a Return Authorization for your return as well as a return shipping label if the situation deems it necessary. A return shipping label will only be provided if the return is MyOfficeInnovations’ issue.

You must have a Return Authorization number (RA #) prior to returning goods. Our Customer Service team will issue you the RA # and provide you with a distribution center address where the product is to be returned. PLEASE WRITE THIS RA # ON THE SHIPPING LABEL SO WE CAN ENSURE YOU ARE CREDITED PROPERLY. Shipping charges for delivery and/or return of items will be credited only if we are responsible for the error.

We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery.
